A short, sleeveless dress from Black Level that is completely made out of black, shiny vinyl. It clings to curves and is fitted at the waist. The 2-way zip at the front can be opened from the cleavage area AND from the hem. The stand-up collar has press studs at the front and a large, oval cut-out underneath it. There is a stunning full-length lacing at the back that can also be adjusted.
